🔄 Returns & Exchanges — The Basics

Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Accepted Reasons: Wrong item, damaged, defective, or size/quality issues.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Style not working out? Prefer another funky pair? We’ll exchange it if it’s unused and sellable. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 days after receipt.

💰 Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery: Refunded as store credit.
Timeline: Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping

We arrange pickup in most locations. If pickup isn’t available, ship the item yourself and we’ll reimburse up to ₹50 with valid proof.
